Hola! I'm Nicola von Bierbrauer – networker, happiness & sales manager, and doer based in Mallorca. I love connecting people, bringing projects to life, and making things happen – structured, honest, and with heart. Communication for me isn't just a tool, but an attitude: open, clear, and connecting. I thrive where customer contact, organization, and entrepreneurial spirit come together.
I combine business sense with empathy: with a dual degree in Business Administration (Marketing & Communication) and vocational training in Logistics, I bring strategic thinking, organizational talent, and a deep understanding of customer relationships.
My experience in sales, project management, and event organization has taught me how fulfilling it is to inspire people, set processes in motion, and make sure everything runs smoothly – that's where I truly come alive.
Mallorca is my base – I'm well connected, multilingual (DE/EN/ES), and at home between cultures.
And because life is more than work: I love dancing and singing, adore my little dog Viva, enjoy riding my motorcycle, and am always curious about new places, languages, and encounters.
